Our client is a leading video production agency in the UK, helping Corporate Brands and SMEs tell their stories through TV ADs, Branded Media, Event Coverage, Documentaries, and Corporate Training Videos.

London - 4 days on site, 1 day remote


Flexible hours during Pre & Post Production

Must be able to work irregular hours, up to 12 hours a day, on shoot days


3 Stage application process: 

  1. 30 minute screening interview (remote) 

  2. 1 hour technical interview (remote & on-site)

  3. 1.5 hour in person presentation, with Q&A (on-site)


What You'll be doing:

  • Manage multiple video projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met and projects are delivered with high production value

  • Prep and supervise video shoots, including monitoring technical standards, ensuring health & safety compliance and documenting: daily production costs, times sheets and issues

  • Supervise, guide and develop a team of 4 Video Producers and 1 Production manager

  • Work closely with the creative team on concept and content development, including contributing to pitches, delivering to creative briefs, and providing insights to elevate the quality of projects.

  • Handle a range of internal and external stakeholders including freelancers, suppliers & clients.

  • Lead client meetings to understand objectives, deliver pitches, resolve production issues, and guide the strategic direction of shoots

  • Develop and manage project budgets, balancing financial objectives with production quality.

  • Manage resource allocation, production scheduling and risk assessments

  • Oversee editing and post-production processes.

Account Director (DACH & UK)

While officially based in London or Berlin, this role is fully remote, with the exception of occasional client visits and events. Fluency in English and German is a must.   • Manage a portfolio of 100+ client relationships in DACH and the UK.

  • Developing & Implementing a comprehensive QA/QC plan

Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Leading QS efforts for the Data Centre project in Sweden, ensuring precise cost management and adherence to contracts.

  • Proactively detecting and communicating potential commercial risks to management for prompt resolution.

  • Forecasting of project turnover and cash flow

  • Creating comprehensive subcontractor tender packages, presenting  options to site management

What you'll be doing:


  • Providing comprehensive oversight of project progress, collaborating with project managers and technical managers throughout the project duration.

  • Leading on project schedules with the project planner, incorporating  look-aheads, and progress reports.

  • Working with BIM to identify construction issues, coordinate across trades and optimise schedules

  • Conducting safety and quality walks, reporting to the site supervisor

  • Developing and implement a robust construction management plan to facilitate commissioning efforts and ensure integration across  trades.

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations to uphold high standards of safety and quality on and off-site

  • Take charge of health and safety on-site, ensuring all teams have received the necessary training to carry out their work safely and effectively.
