Senior Video Production Manager

Our client is a leading video production agency in the UK, helping Corporate Brands and SMEs tell their stories through TV ADs, Branded Media, Event Coverage, Documentaries, and Corporate Training Videos.
They're expanding their video production team and looking for a ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ to oversee multiple upcoming video projects.
London - 4 days on site, 1 day remote
Flexible hours during Pre & Post Production
Must be able to work irregular hours, up to 12 hours a day, on shoot days
3 Stage application process:
30 minute screening interview (remote)
1 hour technical interview (remote & on-site)
1.5 hour in person presentation, with Q&A (on-site)
What You'll be doing:
Manage multiple video projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met and projects are delivered with high production value
Prep and supervise video shoots, including monitoring technical standards, ensuring health & safety compliance and documenting: daily production costs, times sheets and issues
Supervise, guide and develop a team of 4 Video Producers and 1 Production manager
Work closely with the creative team on concept and content development, including contributing to pitches, delivering to creative briefs, and providing insights to elevate the quality of projects.
Handle a range of internal and external stakeholders including freelancers, suppliers & clients.
Lead client meetings to understand objectives, deliver pitches, resolve production issues, and guide the strategic direction of shoots
Develop and manage project budgets, balancing financial objectives with production quality.
Manage resource allocation, production scheduling and risk assessments
Oversee editing and post-production processes.

Account Director (DACH & UK)
London/Berlin/Remote

Our client, a leading global marketing company, seeks an Account Director to oversee client accounts in the DACH region and the UK. While officially based in London or Berlin, this role is fully remote, with the exception of occasional client visits and events. Fluency in English and German is a must. You will lead a client services team of 15, with a dotted line into the digital marketing team.
What you'll be doing:
Manage a portfolio of 100+ client relationships in DACH and the UK.
Implement client strategies for client retention and to attract partners, affiliates, and customers.
Lead client calls to create customized success plans.
Collaborate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams to support campaigns, encompassing SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Content creation, and influencer marketing.
Regularly review client feedback, addressing issues and improving analytics
Oversee the development of direct reports through performance reviews & 1-2-1s
Represent the clientโs goals through content creation, marketing campaigns, industry events, & presentations

Principal AI/ML Engineer
Birmingham/London (2 days in office)

Join our client, a global manufacturing company, as a Principal AI/ML Engineer, where you will lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions and drive capability and adoption across teams. You will focus on the full lifecycle, from POC to production, of AI/ML solutions, focusing on maintenance, safety and analytics.
The role can be based out of Birmingham or London.
Flexible start and finish (core hours: 11am - 4pm)
2 days (of your choosing) in the office required
Responsibilities:
Lead the initiation, development, and delivery of AL/ML solutions to provide insights and improvements in products features, maintenance, equipment & safety
Produce high-quality production code
Develop, optimize, and iterate ML models for predictive maintenance.
Integrate automated vision inspection methods to detect and classify operational defects and optimise quality inspections
Analyse sensor data to detect patterns and potential equipment failures
Working with Data Engineers and Scientists to design & maintain data warehousing
Explore AI/ML techniques and technologies to enhance internal solutions
Integrate AWS services for real-time data processing working cross-functionally
